Pick whatever’s easiest.
There’s no wrong door. The consultation is free, the conversation is real, and I’ll never follow up unless you ask me to.
Three doors, same conversation.
Some folks want to put a time on the calendar. Some want to send a few details first and figure out the call later. Some just want to pick up the phone. All three are good. Go with whatever feels right.
Schedule a chat.
Grab a slot on my calendar and we’ll talk for half an hour. In person, video, or phone. No prep needed.
Send a message.
Tell me a bit about your business and what’s been on your mind. I’ll write back within a day with honest thoughts, and a suggestion for what to do next, even if it’s “I’m not your guy.”
Give me a call.
If I’m on a call or out walking the dogs, leave a message. You’ll get a callback the same day, every time.
Tell me a bit about you.
You can write three sentences or three paragraphs. Whichever fits. The more I know going in, the more useful our first conversation will be.
I read it, I write back, that’s it. No automated drip emails, no CRM follow-ups, no “I noticed you didn’t reply.” Your info stays with me.
None of the fields are required except your name and a way to reach you. Skip anything that doesn’t apply.
Local, on purpose.
I’m based in Lewes and work with businesses across Sussex County and the Delaware coast. If we can meet in person, even better. Most first conversations happen at a spot in town.
If you’re a little further afield, video or phone works just as well. The work itself is the same.
A few questions that come up.
If yours isn’t here, ask it during the consultation. There are no bad questions.
Is the consultation actually free?
Yes. Conversation, follow-up notes, and a written plan if I think there's something useful to build, all free. Whether we work together afterward is a separate, no-pressure decision.
Do I have to know what I need?
No. Most folks start with "something feels off" and we figure it out together. You bring the day-to-day frustrations, I bring the suggestions.
What if I’m not into AI?
Then we don't use AI. Plenty of useful work I do has nothing to do with it. I lead with the outcome, not the tech. If a plain old website or a calendar fix is what you need, that's what we'll set up.
What about ongoing costs?
Most setups have some kind of ongoing cost. Sometimes it's the tools themselves (a phone service, a calendar app, a website host), paid directly to those services. Sometimes it's a small monthly retainer to me for keeping things tuned up and improving as your business grows. I'll lay all of it out plainly during the consultation so there are no surprises.
